The Quantum Dot Solutions production method is based on the inter-reactions of two phenomena: 

• The first being a new state of matter (O.R.M.E.) that was discovered in the Western United States in the late 1970’s.

• The second being the biogenic residue and live interactions of a symbiotic consortia of microorganisms (known as extremophiles) which can survive in extreme environments (700c temperatures, high pH and low pH, extreme pressure, can be resuscitated after 250mm years dormancy, etc).

 
In 1989 international patents were granted on the synthetic manufacture of O.R.M.E. materials (reduction of precious metals to micro-clusters that exhibited superconductive characteristics).

The materials were dubbed O.R.M.E.s by the inventor (Orbitally Rearranged Monatomic Elements).

During earlier research, the inventor tried to cause, what he thought were mono-atoms (a form of ORMUS®), to assume a “low spin state.” (This was before he understood the importance of the “high-spin state” in O.R.M.E. materials). He used a water-cooled copper crucible with a tungsten electrode with argon gas and when he struck the arc on the O.R.M.E. it totally decimated the tungsten electrode!

The resultant radiant heat (BTUs) generated was estimated to have surpassed any previously known chemical energy explosion thought possible. Understandably the researchers were extremely concerned and hence, since 1982, the inventor reportedly never attempted the procedure again. It was suspected that a nuclear level energy release had occurred. In 1991 Scientific American reported that Berkeley Brookhaven observed that super-deformed, high-spin atoms, when subjected to external magnetic fields sufficient to affect the nuclear quadripole moment, would cause the nucleus to emit gamma radiation without fissioning! The physicists doing the testing at Berkeley Brookhaven were mesmerized by their findings and had in fact confirmed Hudson's experiments regarding O.R.M.E.

Around that same time (1980’s) research concerning a symbiotic consortium of unusual microorganisms (extremophiles) was underway in Japan. Subsequently these microbes have been included in patented processes that have been in use on a global scale for the past twenty years. An estimated 60,000 distributors worldwide offer a wide range of products for sale, one of which sells for (approx) $11,000 to $16,000 per ton.

Quantum Dot Solutions product range can be used in the pre-processing and post-processing of most waste-to-energy conversion units as well as in all agricultural industries, and in the production of synthetic fuels and augments building materials such as concrete and paints. A range of pharmaceutical and cosmetic materials is currently under development as well.

The primary immediate use is in the water industry. Quantum Dot Solutions saves water and helps to prevent desertification.
